🌿 Harvested in 2022 from 70-year-old trees on Ai Lao Mountain, Pu’er Prefecture, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna. After a year of aging, it was pressed in September 2023.

Aroma

Hot leaves: a sweetish scent with notes of tree bark, hazelnut, subtle spice, and minerality.

Wet leaves: hematogen, milk chocolate with caramel, cocoa beans.

Taste

Full-bodied and oily, velvety, slightly metallic, creamy, and pastry-like. Pronounced sweetness, particularly toffee and powdered sugar.
